Compensation

18 years or older: 17.50 plus 1.00 for every year of service

17 years or younger: 16.50 plus 1.00 for every year of service

Job Qualifications:

1. Able to work outdoors for long periods of time.

2. Able to teach kids age 5-9.

3. Obtain a CPR/First Aid certification (provided by MBLG).

4. Lead kids in activities, games, etc.

5. Possess basic swim skills

6. Be healthy and physically active

7. Able to lift 50 pounds

8. Must be ambulatory and possess interpersonal skills

9. Must possess leadership skills and basic teaching abilities
